U7
The intent of this program is to introduce kids to hockey games. This is a great program where you will be amazed at the progress your kids make. Their is a heavy focus on skating skills and then puck handling and shooting skills being introduced as skill level permits. The kids in this age program are often organized by experience level and it is recommended that kids be able to stand up unassisted on skates before registering for U7.
There will generally be two x 50 minute sessions each weekend for those that register for the full experience and one x 50 minute session for those that sign up for the introductory experience. Specific ice times are TBD and may vary slightly from week to week but are only on weekends. The programs run from mid September to early March (approximately 20 and 40 sessions).
