Permission to Skate (PTS) and NRP forms
For those who have completed GMHA's online request for a PTS form and/or a Junior Camp form, please be advised that OMHA has now released the 2024-2025 forms.

The forms are being completed and will be distributed to all those who have requested via the GMHA website this coming week.  They will be sent to the email you provided on the request form.

NRP requests will be completed after the AAA forms have been sent out.

If you are planning on attending AAA or AA tryouts and have not yet completed the request form please do so.

Good luck to all players attending tryouts.

THE FIRST GOAL IS HAVING FUN. The Timbits Minor Sports Program is a community-oriented sponsorship program that provides opportunities for kids aged four to nine to play house league sports. The philosophy of the program is not based on winning or losing, but on learning a new sport, making new friends, and just being a kid.
