Tryout forms for AAA and AA

Attention players who are wishing to tryout for AAA or AA teams ----


Permission to Skate forms (PTS) for AAA tryouts will be available after April 11th.

Non-Resident Player Passport (NRP) for AA tryouts (U13 and above) will be available the week of April 18th.

 



Please request PTS or NRP forms via the main page of the GMHA website or in the link below.  They will be processed and a copy will be sent to the email provided as soon as access to the forms is possible.

·       AAA tryout forms will be sent in PDF format to the email you indicated.
·       NRP forms are still currently paper based and will need to be picked up in person      

Please watch the GK and KAMHA websites for exact dates of registration and tryouts.
·        Tryouts for U14, U15 and U16 will be held in the spring.
·        Tryouts for U10, U11, U13 and U18 will be held in September.  

You will not be permitted to attend tryouts with the required paperwork.
