If you are a U16-U18 player please take the time to complete this survey. We are looking to plan our season and by knowing numbers ahead of time will help GMHA in forecasting the structure of our teams.

Even if you have played at a higher level in another centre but are a member of Gan Minor Hockey we would like to know where you will be playing or hope to be playing for the 2021-2022 season.
