If you are a new player to GMHA this season parents will need to contact the Association Registrar with their request to create a new participant. Please email the following information to Marilynn at

Date of Birth - copy of either players's birth certificate, health card of passport required.
Gender
Primary Language
Email
Address - will need copy of parents drivers license to confirm address
Once we have create a player profile you will then be able to complete the registration process. You will receive an email back letting you know that the player profile has been created.
Remember if you register before August 3rd you will be entered in the draw for a chance to win your registration fee back (one registration).
