GMHA End of Year Coach Evaluations
Your GMHA Executive is looking for year end feedback from you, our members, regarding
the level of coaching your hockey player received this past
season.
We encourage positive feedback along with any areas that may
require improvement.
We
are trying two evaluation methods: 1. via the attached survey monkey link, simply highlight the link then right click on it and then click on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/HC3MDY6 or cut and paste the link into your browser or 2. paper format which can be downloaded
from our website (under forms).
The responses will be collected and held within the executive files. The on line survey will be available for completion until Thursday March 29th at 9pm.

Completing this survey will help ensure our hockey players are receiving great coaching and to help encourage our coaches in their development. The evaluations can assist the executive(s) with their coach selection process in upcoming years.
